Open Streets – 31 March 2019
Join the next Open Streets this March in Mitchells Plain. Open Streets encourages people to take on the city’s streets with non-motorised activities like running, roller-skating and skateboarding! Open Streets encourages locals to take ownership of their public spaces. Bringing everyone out to enjoy the streets in a fun and entertaining way helps to promote this cause. This is great fun for the whole family.
If you are looking for something memorable to do with the whole family, take them out for a movie! Seriously, though. Galileo’s open-air movies offer a unique night out that you will want to do again and again. Grab a blanket, order your treats and join the small crowd of movie-goers under the stars for a good movie. This is definitely an activity to add on your to-do list this (or any) holiday.
Take them to the beach or if you are looking for activities to take on at home, look at our guide on how to make a family cookbook. Or make a DIY fairy garden with the kids! Alternatively, look at these activities you can do in Cape Town while it’s still warm and sunny outside.
